The Dinner with Love Foundation is a grassroots community outreach program created in 2008. The program’s mission is to share the joy of a complete, totally-cooked holiday dinner with families in Oklahoma City who do not have the financial means to provide a similar meal for themselves.
What is included in a Dinner with Love box?
All Dinner with Love boxes include a honey glazed ham, green beans, potatoes, pie, a loaf of bread, rolls, a bag of pinto beans, fruit, cookies, a bag of Christmas candy and a handmade Christmas card. Each box will feed a family of 8 to 10. We are happy to announce that this year Dinner with Love will be able to provide each family with a Holy Bible.

All families come to Dinner with Love through a recommended agency. Some agencies include:

How are the dinners prepared?
Hundreds of volunteers come to our two different sites, St. Luke’s United Methodist Church at 222 NW 15th St. OKC, OK 73103 and Westminster Presbyterian Church at 4400 N. Shartel OKC, OK 73118. At each location, our meals our prepared in a health code approved, commercial kitchen. Volunteers will show up, receive a box and the name and address of a family and deliver the meals personally. To date DWL has provided over 36,000 meals since 2008.
